ASI FrontDesk enables you to charge the customer online, real time through credit card. That is the customer’s account is debited and your bank account is credited. These tasks are done when the ASI FrontDesk passes the appropriate credit card transaction data of the guests to the X-Charge Server.

The deskclerk charges the guest either through cash or credit cards and the money goes to the hotel instantly whereas in Authorized the deskclerk authorize the guest(for his credit card) during guest stay and charges guest later.
