With this Seasonal Rate approach user can create different seasons with its starting & ending date and specify rates for all rate type from Configuration module. Any Check In or Reservation will be made during any of the season it will show default rates according to guest stay's season.

From Rooms Menu Click Seasonal rate operation to Charge according to the seasons you take the charges. With The Help of Bulk Seasonal Rate operations, you can charge each room according to the different seasons and modify the amount. After modifying the amount press the close button.
