User can change anything any time without disturbing the past rental data.
For e.g. rate can be changed, room size, room position can be changed. Print
options can be set any time. Also if user wants to ON/OFF some feature, he can
do that through configuration. If a rate type/room type/ room/ charge are not
at all used, it can be removed too.
