ASI FrontDesk Operations

This guide will illustrate the basic concepts and work flow involved for the common tasks involved in automating the front desk operations using ASI FrontDesk software. Please go through this document in detail to get the most out of your software evaluation or purchase.

To launch the ASI FrontDesk Module, click on the icon either in the Start Menu or on your Desktop.

Authorization

The software you have installed may not be fully authorized. Authorization is just a phone call away. You have 45 days to authorize the system. When you launch "ASI FrontDesk", and your software is not yet authorized,

You will see the following screen:

If you wish to authorize (you will be required to make the payment for software), click on Unlock by Phone,

You will get the following screen:

Call ASI Support and supply the Session Id and Machine Id numbers. ASI support staff will provide you the Serial No, Swipe Card Key, Video Key and No of Room Key. ASI Support staff will guide you through the rest of the process in authorizing your software.
