The software features a comprehensive automated backup system.
Click File
menu, click on Backup Database, select Automatic Backup submenu.
Backup can be scheduled based on daily or weekly criteria. The settings for each
type of backup frequency are different. Select appropriate options. Click
OK.
Backup will start at specified scheduled time.
Normal Backup
Backup may also be performed at any time. Click
File menu, click on Backup
Database, select Backup submenu. The Backup form is displayed. Select location
and click on Backup.
Note: We recommend you perform backup at specific location on a removal media.
The removable media will need to be high capacity media capable of storing
large amount of data such as a Zip drive.
