ASI FrontDesk 5.1.0 Quick Start Guide

Click on the room that you wish to check out. The guest Folio Form will be displayed.

Zero Balance Case
If the balance is Zero, meaning the guest have paid in full, then easiest way to check out the customer is to click   button. That’s it! You can still click the regular   button to check out the customer with additional adjustments. See the notes below.

Balance Due Case
If the balance is not zero, then you can click  button. You will see the check out form shown below.

In this form you will see options for entering Other Charges, Amount Paid or making changes in the rate types through Rate/Period text link.

After adjusting the balance to zero, you can click  button.
