ASI FrontDesk 5.1.0 Quick Start Guide

Mistakes do happen from time to time. Delete Transaction offers a simple way to remove any rental transaction. All removed transactions are saved at a location of your choice. There is also a feature to restore transactions deleted by mistake from this file at saved location.

Click on Tools menu, select Delete Transactions.

Click on the picture above for a zoom version

Select the year and Month. The form will be filled up with all transactions for the selected month in selected year.

Select the path to which you wish the deleted transactions to be saved.

If you are interested in finding a particular guest, type in the name of the guest and click on Find.

To Delete the Transactions, Check mark the guests you want to delete and click on the Delete button.
