Guest check out may be performed in two
basic ways, the .
Click on an occupied room on main screen.
Click on check out button.
Click on the Tools menu, select
Guest
Checkouts.
In either case, you will see the following
form gets displayed.

Room Name/Number
Select room
Select the Room name. As soon as the room name is selected
the checkin and check out date gets changed.
Changing rate for different pay periods for
same check-in
The
software has unique feature, which allows you to mix rates for different days. You can change the rate for each period by clicking on the
Rate/Period link. The following form gets displayed.
Click on the Rate column to modify the rate on that date
and click on OK button. You will return to the Check Out form.
How will I include extra charges to particular room at
the time of check out?
Suppose if you want to charge extra for the arrangement of AC or anything
similar, click on the other charges link and the following form will get
displayed.

Select the charge type, enter Amount
and click on
the Add button. In the same way you can update/delete by selecting from
the list and click on Update/Delete button.
After filling all applicable information click on
Check Out.
