Searching Guests
Guests can be searched and located quickly. Enter whatever information you have at the Search Record portion of this form and click on Find button. Fields can be truncated to expand search. For example you wish to find all guests with Last name Clinton and are from New York, you can enter "Clinton" in Last name and State as NY. Click on Find, the software will display all Clintons from the mighty state of New York.

The guest names can also be abbreviated. For example entering  "Cli" will search for all guests with "Cli" as first characters in their last name.

Add
Click on Add button allows the an addition of a record into guest database through the following form.

Just add all pertinent information and click on Save button.

Edit
Select a guest for whom you wish to edit his/her information. Click on Edit. You will see the following form. Edit the information in err and click on Update.

Reset
Clicking on this button will always reset the guest display to show all guests.

Delete
If for whatever reason, you wish to delete a guest record, select a guest record, then click on the Delete button. The guest record will be deleted permanently.

Export
Allows the export of currently displayed guest records to special guest database file format that can be shared amongst users of this software at different hotels.

Import
Allows import of guest database records from the guest database file formats.
