ASI FrontDesk 5.1.0 Quick Start Guide

In case somebody leaves a message for guest, as it is very difficult to remember all the messages, although it is possible, ASI FrontDesk provides the facility to store guest messages. You can do it by clicking on Guest Messages submenu of Utilities. The following form gets displayed.

Click New button to make new entry. Select the room name from the list. Enter all the information in the Message Book and store the message if there is any. Remember to click Save button.
