ASI FrontDesk allows you maintain record of all the items lost and
found. To do this you have to click on Lost and Found
submenu of Utilities menu. The following form gets displayed.

Click on Addbutton to add new entry. The following form
gets displayed.

Fill in the General information of item, Owner
Information of the item and click on OK button, you will return to
Lost and Found form. If the item is found you have to click on the Edit button
to fill in the Return By and Return Date in the form shown below.
