Group of rooms can be reserved in advance unlike individual reservation

Click on the Group Menu and select the Group Operation. The following form gets displayed.

  • Enter Group Information. If you already have the Group information in your Group Database, just enter few characters in the Group Name along with the Country and click on    to display those groups whose name start with those similar characters.

  • Enter the Date In, that is the check in date.

  • Enter the Rate Information.

  • Click on the Member Rooms link on the top left corner. The Room Selection form gets displayed as follows.

  • Select the Room Type  and check mark those rooms that you want to include from Available Rooms List. You should select at least two rooms.

  • Click on Add. Note that the check marked rooms are added to the list below.

  • Click on Close to return to the Group Operation form.

  • Exempt the Taxes if necessary.

  • Select the Rate Type Selection.

  • Click on the Amount Paid link if there is any advance payment.

  • Click on Reservation to reserve the Group.
