The software lets you to watch the rooms
that exceed the recommended maximum stay. These maximum stays are the total
number of days one can stay in.
Once the stay days exceeds the maximum stay, the software flashes those rooms
and alerts the desk clerk. Later it is up to hotel authority to take the action.
All you have to do is check mark the Flash max stay rooms option in the main
screen at bottom. If there is no as such Flash max stay rooms option in the main
screen, be cool, you have to select this option in Rental and Display options of
ASI FrontDesk Configuration to enable it in ASI FrontDesk main screen.
