Delinquent rooms are those rooms whose
balance is non zero. You can view the delinquent rooms from the ASI FrontDesk
main screen. Thus the desk clerk can get the idea of rooms from the main screen
itself instead of checking the balance in each and every room.
Click on the Flash delinquent room's option in the main screen at bottom. If
there is no as such Flash delinquent rooms option in the main screen, be cool,
you have to select this option in Rental and Display options of ASI FrontDesk
Configuration to enable it in ASI FrontDesk main screen.
