The software lets you to
watch the rooms whose guest messages are to be delivered from the ASI FrontDesk
main screen itself. The software flashes those rooms with guest messages to be
delivered.
All you have to do is check mark the Flash rooms with
messages option in the main screen at bottom. If there is no as such
Flash rooms with messages option in the main screen, be cool, you have to
select this option in Rental and Display options of ASI FrontDesk
Configuration to enable it in ASI FrontDesk main screen.
