Click on
House Keeping
icon on the toolbar. If this icon on the
toolbar is disabled, then you will need to configure house keeping options,
see House Keeping for more details.
Click on the picture
above for a zoom version
Enter number of groups of rooms you wish to
make for housekeeping. You will see that many areas displayed on screen.
You can now start holding and dragging rooms from
Room List
area to
each group. You can also rename group names at the top of each group. We
suggest you may want to use the names of your house keeping staff as group
name for groups of rooms..
After assigning rooms and renaming groups, click on
Save to
set your configuration.
