ASI FrontDesk 5.1.0 Quick Start Guide

By default, the system allows for various tyspe of payment options. You may select to add additional types of payment options. For example, you may wish to add "Carte Blanches" credit card.

Click on Configuration menu item. Select Payment Types menu item.

Add
Click on Add.

Enter Payment type name. Click on OK. Repeat the process for all types of payments.

Once done adding all types of payment types, click on OK on the Payment Types form.

Update
Select the Payment type you wish to edit or update. Change the Payment Type and click on Update button.

Delete
Select the payment type you wish to delete. Make sure the check box is marked. Click on the Delete button.
