Default Number of Persons
The number specified in this option is used as default number of persons
in the folio when renting rooms. Note that it can be changed to any number
while renting the room.
Minimum Rental Age (years)
Specify the minimum rental age you would like to enforce at your hotel. When
using swipe card reader with driving license at check in time, the age is
verified against this number.
Recommended Maximum rental number of days
When a room rental is greater or equal to this number, the software will
warn you. However no automatic action by the software is taken.
Remember rate for customers
When a room is rented to a customer, and if this customer has stayed at your
hotel before while this software was deployed, the software will provide you
the rate charged to this customer last time around.
Remember room number of customers
When a room is rented to a customer, and if this customer has stayed at your
hotel before while this software was deployed, the software will provide you
the room number this customer last time stayed in..
Show Flash Max Stay
Turn on this check box if you would like the software to flash you the rooms
that have been rented for more then Recommended Maximum rental number of
days.
Show Flash Delinquent Rooms
Turn on this check box if you would like the software to flash you the rooms
that have non-zero balance.
Show Flash Guest Message
Turn on this check box if you would like the software to flash you the rooms
for which messages are entered.
Show Express Check In Button
Check this box if you would like to see Express Check In button in the check
in form. This express check in button is useful to check someone in if it
involves cash transaction of for one day. In this case, with express check
in is just couple of mouse clicks.
Show Swipe Card Reader
If this check box is marked, the swipe card reader button in the check in
form will be displayed.
Show Stay Over with < and >
If this check box is marked, the rooms are displayed with numbers on top of
the room number. The left number will indicate how on this customer has been
staying and right number will indicate how many days more the customer will
be staying.
Credit Card Charge
Method
If you select Sale, by default the
guests are not authorized for their charges during their stay whereas if
Authorized/Sale is selected ,by default the guests are authorized for their
charges. If the guests are authorized, don't forget to encash the payments
when they check out.
Room Label Background
Select the kind of background option desired for the rooms displayed in the
main screen.
Localization Option
In Localization option two options are
provided, United States and Canada. As per these option selection the
fields are displayed in the folio form during transaction. For example,
unlike in United States the State is represented as Province
in Canada, the zip code is represented as Po. Code in
Canada.
Setting the Lock Days
You can lock days automatically once in
specific number of days so that the normal desk clerks will be unable to
access or perform any transaction on the locked days. Nobody can
unlock the days except the Admin.
