Enter Room Name (e.g. 101). Select Room type. Select the date when you want to start renting this room in the software. In the grid for rate types, enter the rental Amount (exclusive of occupancy tax) for each rate type. If you have weekend rates, please specify it as shown. Select Power Edit. Now click on Save. Repeat the above process for each room. Note that the system remembers the last rate information for each room type. So for each room you enter, you may not have to fill in all information as it would already be filled in. After you enter all rooms, click on Cancel.
Click Close on the Add Update Delete Room form.
Note: You can make changes to room data any time. Click on Rooms menu item. Select Add Update Delete Rooms menu item.Delete Room
Select the Room you wish to delete in the Add Update Delete Room form. Then click on Delete button.Copy Rooms
Click on Copy Rooms in the Add Update Delete Room form shown above.
Select the Room Type and Room Number on left side of the form. Specify the Copy Mode on the right side of the form. If you select Specific Room, specify rooms separated by comma character ( e.g. 210, 214, 215 ), as shown below.
