The configuration starts with the configuring of property information. As an effect , you will find the property information on the ASI FrontDesk Configuration and ASI FrontDesk. The property information is displayed on the reports, ASIFD generates. Therefore if you miss to configure the property, you will find no property information on the reports. Follow the steps below to enter the property information.

1. From the Configuration menu, select Property Information. The Property Information form gets displayed.
2. Enter all the necessary property information.
3. You can also enter the logo of your property here. The property logo will be seen in all Folio reports such as Folio, Detail Folio, Half page Folio etc.
   Click on the logo box and select the location of the logo. It can be any picture file like JPG, GIF.
4. Click OK when finished.
