Seasonal Room Rate Operation  
  With this Seasonal Rate approach user desk clerk can create different seasons with it's starting & ending date and specify rates for all rate type from Configuration module. Any Check In or Reservation will be made during any of the season it will show default rates according to guest stay's season. Follow the steps below to add the seasonal rates.
  1. From the Rooms menu, select the Seasonal Room Rate Operation.
  2. Add the Season from date and to date (expiry date) and click OK.
  3. Check mark the desired season to Delete it from the list.
  4. Click on Update to apply the changes.
  5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to add more Seasonal room rates.
  6. Click on OK to close the Seasonal Room Rate Operation form.
