In order to make all the forms easy to understand and make your data entry faster, the textbox on every form has a background color. Each background color have a definite meaning in our software.
There are 3 basic background colors used in text boxes. The table below shows the difference between each color for the textbox.

| Light Blue |

The light blue textbox are compulsory fields. For the action to be taken on any form all textboxes of these type must be filled in. |
| Off White |
 |
The off white textbox are optional field. You may enter the values in these type of textbox or may not. It is advisable to fill in these fields also so that the reports you get have better details. |
| Yellowish |
 |
These type of textboxes are used for the display purpose only, normally you are not allowed to change the values in such boxes. |
