Customer Support Specialist (June 11 2019)


Anand Systems Inc is looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our growing support team. Software systems developed by Anand Systems for hospitality industry in general encompasses a wide range business logic encountered in commercial businesses including but not limited to business logic, accounting and regulatory ordinances from local, state, county and federal governmental agencies. You will work with a team of support specialists and developers to pre-sales support, installation and post sales technical support. We work hard and play hard. If you are passionate about your work, love solving problems creatively, ability to work any shift in 24/7/365 call center with great communication skills – this is the job for you!


Key Qualifications:


  • In-depth understanding of various Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Prior work experience with Hotel Front Desk with property management systems.
  • Experience with various online support tools such as Windows Remote Desktop, Goto Assist, Zoho Assist, etc.
  • Ability to multitask while supporting clients amongst various software systems developed by Anand Systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of G Suite by Google applications required.
  • Ability to support clients through e-mail, online chat platforms such as ProvideSupport and phone calls.
  • Strong knowledge of plug and play USB devices trouble shooting for third party hardware.
  • Knowledge of credit card processing in hospitality industry.
  • Strong verbal communications in English language is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office set of products
  • Experience with Accounting software such as QuickBooks desirable.

Education, Experience and Knowledge:


  • Two year or more experience in hospitality industry at front desk.
  • High school graduation, Associate or higher degree in Business Administration desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office & G Suite applications.
  • Strong Phone, Email, Online chat support skills.
  • Team player.
