Anand Systems India is looking for Technical Support Executives on an urgent basis for the Surat location.
Job Profile
- Provide Software support to Clients.
- Provide Software training to Clients.
- Attend in progress calls with Live chat
- Attend Voicemails
- Installation of Desktop and Cloud.
- Report bug issues to developers.
- Emails to clients.
Job Requirements
- Good Command over the English language.
- Experienced Candidate worked in BPO/Call Center Preferred
- I.T/Software Knowledge required.
- Experience - 2 or More years.
